Booking Terms

These booking terms and conditions apply to all accommodation reservations made through the LEVILLE.NET website. Making a reservation implies acceptance of these terms. For other booking channels such as Booking.com and Airbnb, the booking terms and conditions set by each respective channel apply regarding cancellation policies.

A reservation is binding once you have received a booking confirmation in your email.

Cancellations must always be made in writing (e.g., by email). Cancellation terms: * More than 60 days before: The amount will be refunded. Bookings priced over €3000 are non-cancellable and non-refundable. * Less than 60 days before: The booking fee will be retained in full. * No-show: The full price will be charged. We recommend taking out travel insurance to obtain cancellation cover. In such cases, for example, in the event of illness, insurance generally covers accommodation costs.

Access to the properties is via a PIN code or a key box code. Check-in time is from 17:00 at the latest, and check-out time is by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed. A fee of 150€ will be charged for unreturned or lost keys. The code will be delivered at 16:00 on the day of arrival.

The guest agrees to comply with the property's house rules and to keep the apartment tidy. Pets are allowed only in specifically designated properties for an additional fee. Smoking is prohibited in all our properties.

All properties are non-smoking. Smoking indoors will result in an additional cleaning fee of 500€. We cannot guarantee completely allergen-free premises, although we strive for meticulous cleaning.

The guest is obliged to report any potential damages or deficiencies immediately. Damages caused by the guest will be compensated in full. Deficiencies reported retrospectively will not be compensated.

We are not responsible for obstacles related to the booking that are caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or official regulations, water damage to the property, or any other event preventing accommodation. In such a situation, we will endeavor to find an alternative solution.

The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons stated in the booking. An additional fee will be charged for extra persons, or the booking may be cancelled.

We reserve the right to amend the booking terms and conditions. Any changes will not apply to bookings already made. For all inquiries related to accommodation, please contact our customer service.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a booking has been made at an incorrect price, we will contact you and offer the option to cancel the booking free of charge or accept the correct price. An obvious pricing error is, for example, a price more than 50% cheaper than the general market price due to a user error.

These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. In consumer matters, consumers may also refer the case to the Consumer Disputes Board.
